Nuriforge

Build and automate real systems with AI.

I’m Nuri — an infrastructure engineer with 20+ years in IT. Nuriforge is where I build content pipelines, infrastructure, and apps with AI in the loop, run them for real, and publish what actually happened: the wins, the failures, and the receipts.

What this site is for

Most writing about AI shows a demo and stops. Nuriforge exists to show the part after the demo: what it takes to run AI-built systems — a WordPress content operation, ops automation, production apps — week after week, and what breaks along the way. The goal is simple: build a body of work a solo developer or maker can actually follow, copy, and trust.

Real systems, not demos

Everything written here comes from something I built, run, and maintain myself — including the pipeline that publishes this very site.

Receipts, not vibes

Claims come with evidence: real dashboards, terminal output, error counts, and before-and-after numbers — including the expensive mistakes.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

AI does the heavy lifting; I review, correct, and stand behind every piece. The workflow itself is documented on the blog.

What I write about

WordPress content operations

Running a content site on an AI-assisted pipeline — schema, REST-API editing, indexing, and the SEO maintenance loop.

Infrastructure & automation

Turning manual ops into scripts: health checks, CI stages, alerting, and the gotchas the docs don’t mention.

Building apps with AI

Shipping real Next.js and Supabase apps solo — from lead-capture widgets to booking systems that survive real users.

Running a content business

The build-in-public side: pacing, evidence, honesty with AI writing, and running several sites as one system.

Follow along as the system grows

New posts ship twice a week. Start with the pillar post on the AI content pipeline, or say hello — questions and corrections are always welcome.
